Analysing a magazine front cover- 'Closer' magazine

 This is a front cover from the magazine 'Closer' that we annotated today in class. I have labelled the main features that make it obvious that this is a magazine cover and explained why and how. All these points are going to help me when creating my own music magazine. Because my magazines genre is music, the features such as advertising products to my target audience and making sure my articles are appealing to the reader is going to help when producing it. The feature I like the most on this magazine cover is the layout. The pictures have been cropped and scaled to fit the sections and shows the reader the main storys inside.
